Take a moment to refresh, refocus, and refine your faith.
Holy Father, may my desires be caught up only in those things that reflect your character and align with your will. May I be repulsed by anything that runs against the grain of who you are and your best intentions for me. Show me the value of investing in faith, love, and godliness despite the pursuit of those things requiring me to die daily to my selfish human inclinations. Grant me the endurance to work toward the best you want for me. Amen.
