Keep Me Waiting

Take a moment to refresh, refocus, and refine your faith.

Father, thank you for not always answering my questions right away. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to practice trust, patience, and faith when I feel like I need immediate solutions. By letting me wait for your divine timing, you make me part of a greater story and bless me with what’s better instead of what’s convenient. The next time I grapple for answers or solutions I’m not meant to have yet, help me see the wait as a blessed opportunity to witness your hand at work and come to know and love you better. Amen.

Isaiah 40:30-31

Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
