Lord, thank you for reminding me that my help comes from you. I am not bound by my limitations because I can do all things through you who strengthens me. Without you I am doomed to repeat my mistakes and never fully overcome my flaws. But you are making me new and paving the way toward a bright future I could never carve out in my own power. Thank you, God, for your generosity and belief in me. Help me walk in active belief in you. Amen.

where does my help come from?
My help comes from the Lord,
the Maker of heaven and earth.
