Reflecting Glory

Take a moment to refresh, refine, and renew your faith.

Lord of Eternal Majesty, sometimes the idea of glory is lost on me in this dark, broken, corrupted world. I struggle imagining your beauty and purity and the immaculate perfection of Heaven. And yet you fill me with hope that I will see these things manifested not only when my mortal life is done, but that I can experience your sublime sovereignty here and now. In the shattered mess of sin surrounding me, give me eyes to see reflections of your power, love, provision, redemption, wisdom, grace, and mercy. May I come to know your glory for myself and exemplify it to those whose hope needs renewing. Amen.

Colossians 1:27

To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.
