Take a moment to refresh, refocus, and refine your faith.
Jesus, thank you for being the Living Water that satisfies my soul and quenches the aching, longing thirst of my heart. It is one thing to know that you are the ultimate source of life, and another to actively drink you in and bathe in all you offer. When I reach for literal water throughout the day, remind me to take a moment for spiritual refreshment and replenishment as well. Amen.
John 4:13-14
Jesus answered, “Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”
