Word Made Flesh

Take a moment to refresh, refocus, and refine your faith.

Lord, you spoke all things into existence - everything awe-inspiring and indescribably magnificent. From the raising of the first mountain range to the unfurling of the first tender leaf, your word made it so. And then, when the world could not fathom anything greater, your Word became flesh. You whose voice formed the heavens spoke directly to us, face to face, with a human tongue. May we never take your word for granted. May we never forget the divine humility it required for you to speak the word of life and eternity into our hearts. Amen.

John 1:14

And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.
