Loving Every Tribe, Every Nation

Take a moment to refresh, refocus, and refine your faith.

Father, thank you for making the world so richly diverse. You are reflected uniquely in the distinctive cultures and languages painting our various nations. We can learn invaluable insights about you by listening to appreciating those whose lives differ from ours. Father, encourage our interest in getting to know our brothers and sisters from different walks of life. Develop your love for them in us. Use our fellowship as an example of peace, kindness, respect, humility, and reconciliation. Bring your beautifully diverse children together that we would live as the family you created us to be. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Revelation 7:9-10

After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands. And they cried out in a loud voice:

“Salvation belongs to our God,

who sits on the throne,

and to the Lamb.”
