Take a moment to refresh, refocus, and refine your faith.

Tender-Hearted Jesus, help me see the best in those I find irritating, hopeless, and flawed. My proclivity for dwelling on others’ shortcomings neither honors you, benefits me, nor promotes goodwill or healthy relationships. Instead of focusing on perceived problems about people, lead me in acting with a servant’s heart, beginning with addressing my own inadequacies. Help me lovingly provide assistance and care when opportunities arise instead of brushing others off as inconveniences. Replace my arrogance with your compassion and humility. Amen.
Philippians 2:3
Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves.
