Father God, we can see something as a major setback or personal disaster, but not realize that in the grand scheme it may be the best possible thing to happen to us. Lord, when we face those moments or even seasons of disappointment and uncertainty, help us take heart and trust in your perspective. Remind us we can trust you to work through all things to bring about the ultimate good. Thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness in all circumstances. Amen.
